Located in a scenic park, Pearson Street is more than a food truck—it’s a mobile culinary adventure run by Chef Chris Pearson, Kris Pearson, and Cory Pearson. With over 30 years of experience, we’re known for our award-winning smashburgers n’ melts in Embrun, Ontario.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Pearson Smash Burger. Had a yummy lunch with my daughter and our dogs. The only drawback were the unsupervised children who made it difficult for us to enjoy our food as they kept distracting our pups.
